Hi Scott I hope you had a great day. Here are the uploaded basic images. I will be working on the design and expect to finish April 12th Friday of next week.
In the following images you will be able to see a drain/ stream/swale, trampoline area, cornhole area, boulder wall, firepit area, grilling area, new deck and roofed area over the deck.
Because of the slope walls will need to be built in areas that will hold back or up soil. The walls are not to scale but simply represent the locations where walls are likely.
The patio is represented as a flagstone common in Tennessee, and the plants you can see are Emerald Arborvitae, Little Lime Hydrangea, Salvia, and Lime Mound Spirea.
The plants you can see are Tamukeyama Japanese Maple, Little Lime Hydrangea, Salvia, Lime Mound Spirea, and Osmanthus False Holly along the steps.
Along the drainage stream I have Nandina and some Maiden Grasses. These are some of the lowest maintenance plants so there is minimal care.
I hope you guys are having an awesome day and thank y0u for being so patient while I got things worked out. Talk with you soon.
