Hi there I hope you guys are having an amazing day. I have the dimensions of the hardscape here on the upper image.
The fireplace is a stock image, it would look different in reality which I had explained when I was there. These two images above are views from a distance.
These images are from the upper deck area looking down.
In reality the posts will be in better locations, the stock image pergola doesn’t allow me to adjust where the posts are.
The plants you are seeing are Osmanthus False Holly as a low growing evergreen shrub along the property line. On each end are Green Mountain Boxwoods.
The paver shown here is a Belgard paver with both gray and brown in it and in the gaps is a light brown polymeric sand.
I represented the seat walls and fire place as hand broken limestone.
In reality the seat part of the seat wall will be 1′ wide and a small back rising about 6″. If these dimensions need to change just let me know but the HOA will be able to get a good idea of the concept from the images.
There is a Butterflybush on either side for a tiny splash of color, I kept the plantings really simple and low maintenance as you requested. Behind the fireplace and grill are Otto Luyken Laurels.
In the next four images I represented the pergola as cedar colored.
Lets schedule a time to talk about what is in the images for pricing.
