Hi there we are currently working on the landscape design and will be emailing you with an expected completion date.

Design Update:

Southern Landscape Design039

Here we enter the back yard through your existing gate and  notice there is a Teddy Bear Magnoliia to the right and a white pergola over a table and chairs. The patio here has not changed, the only difference are the Azaleas, and Green Mountain Boxwoods.

From the view below you can see the fire pit area just off of the existing patio. The evergreens along the fence are Hicksii Yews. I know there is a Euoynomous vine on the fence that may give you the privacy you want but I wanted to show you what Hicksii Yews would look like.

From the below view you can see down the walkway along the house.

In the above view you can see there are more Teddy Bear Magnolias, in total there are three.

Southern Landscape Design033 Southern Landscape Design032

In the above view you can see there are Dogwood Trees at the back edge of the fire pit area with Liberty Hollies and by the path there are some America Boxwoods. The large circular Boxwoods could be any of a few varieties.

In the above view you can see down the path to the middle of the yard.

In the above view we are looking back toward the fire pit area.

Southern Landscape Design028

In this above view you can see there is a large bed between walkways and bounded by the center hardscape and fire pit areas.

Southern Landscape Design027 Southern Landscape Design026

In the above view you can see the water feature in the center of the quatrafoil hardscape entertainment area. There are table and chairs to the sides where guests can linger and talk.

The plants in these images are Liberty Hollies which only grow to 9′ tall so they are easy to maintain, Boxwoods, Encore Azaleas, and Lenten rose by the steps.

Southern Landscape Design024 Southern Landscape Design023

In the above view you can see the broad curving steps, in reality they can be more curvy, have columns, and the railing would be how ever you like. This is just to represent a broad set of steps.

The four images above are from the steps.

Here we can see the outdoor kitchen area made in matching brick to the home.

Here in these images you can see a swimming pool with hot tub area under a pergola.
