Design Update

Hi there the slope is not 100% exact but it is the best I could do.

In these three images you can see what the neighbors see from their sides.

Here we enter the gate and you can see some plants. I have made the beds larger since grass is so hard to grow in these areas.

Since you already had Camellias I added to them at different places. There are Green Mountain Pyrmidal Boxwoods, Ostrich Ferns, Lenten Rose, Heucherella, Endless Summer Hydrangeas, and Rhododendrons added.

In the above image you can see under the deck is a loose rock we call Pigeon River and there is a small boulder with Ostrich Ferns.

In the above image are Rhododendrons, and Ostrich Ferns.

The patio has seat walls and a fire pit, all are represented as stone.

Since water comes down the other side of the yard through that gate I have a french drain planned with a gravel walkway, so what you are seeing is the walkway and a drain is hidden in side of it.

In the above image you can see the patio and a lip but it isn’t actually there, your slope was difficult to represent so the patio looks like there is a step up but there really isn’t.

Steep-Backyard13

To do the stone walkway to the back door the Dogwood will have to be removed but we can put another one just a few feet from where it was so you will get the same effect as the one now over time.

I have also designed in a walkway out of the back door to the patio. Have a great evening.
