Basic Home Completed.
Hi Guys here are a couple of images of how the house sits right now. I tried to apply some color to t he back windows to see how it looks. I may wind up changing it back to a simple white trim. It takes me 3 days to complete this next phase where I put in the landscaping and other ideas. If you see something online that you want to share just paste the link below in the form. Thank you for your patience while I complete the design.
In the above view you will see the top down view of the back yard and below there is a pergola, table and chairs with some people in the back yard.
In the below view there is a red Japanese Maple to the left behind the grilling area.
Remember these are just images and everything can be changed. The patio is a Tremron’s Stonehurst.
The A/C is hidden with a short wooden fence which will help with sound and not seeing it will keep the space more relaxed.
Some of the plants you are seeing are Green Mountain Boxwood, Karley Rose Grass, Liberty Holly, and Annabelle Hydrangea.
Looking back above toward the patio you can see a boulder.
In the images below I am showing a small private conversation area that in one photo has a bench and in the other has a bistro table and chairs. This is a great idea for when there are several people over and a private conversation needs to be had.
In the above image the pink plants are a variety of spiraea.
In the front yard photos I have included a fence, this can be increased to cover more area or shortened if you like.
The plants you are seeing are Columnar Hornbeam, Liberty Holly, Skip Laurels, Gardenia ( Chuck Hayes ), Green Mountain Boxwood, and Karley Rose Grass.
There is a form below for sending me links and messages. I kept the front simple but upscale, and easy to take care of.
Newest Design Update:
In the above front parking area images the grass area ends near the decorative grasses in the bed. I can change anything about the look of things, this is what I think you were asking.
Here in these back yard images I have opened up the grass area by moving the walkway all t he way to the fence. This changed the balance of things a little so I moved the plants to be more appealing with the new change. Under the Japanese maple I also added a few plants, this area didn’t have anything because I was going to put them in after showing you guys the overall layout and getting feedback.
I also took out the circle in the middle but it can be added back in. Maximum grass space is what I was going for.
I hope you guys are having a great weekend and I look forward to talking to you soon.
